Angella is a strengths-based executive coach and leader who’s trusted by teams and leaders navigating change. With over 20 years experience across talent (leadership, acquisition and transformation), culture change, project leadership, mentoring and coaching, Angella brings experience, skills, emotional intelligence, curiosity and great energy to her work. Career History

With a 20+year career in Talent Acquisition, Talent leadership and coaching, Angella cares deeply about the human factor in business, creating a culture of inclusion through the lens of equality and helping organisations to attract and retain talent.

An experienced Talent leader, Angella specialises in global TA and enterprise-wide Talent transformation programs, including performance improvement, scale and culture change. While working from the UK and the Middle East, Angella gained deep experience in mature and emerging markets. She held national, regional and global talent roles before returning to Australia in 2022.

Angella advocates positive leadership practices and a human-centred approach for teams and individuals to thrive. As a Professional Certified and Strengths Profile coach, Angella works with leaders to help them reach their goals.

Leadership Highlights

An executive coach and mentor since 2013, coaching CEO-level partners and directors in APAC and EMEIA. Clients in the UK, GCC, Egypt, The Netherlands, India, South Africa, Australia and Turkey.

As part of a culture change initiative, I designed and launched a Reverse Mentoring program for EY’s APAC leadership. Involved in a similar program in the Middle East, which led to a rapid culture shift, engagement and understanding among leaders of the lived experience of women in the business.

Developed the main internal communications channel on EY’s $billion talent transformation program, ‘Next Wave Careers’. Impact audience: 40,000 Technology FTEs.

Led EY’s Partner Talent Acquisition function in EMEIA and the Global Executive recruiting function, during significant transformation and growth.
