After 25 years working for major financial services group both in Australia and internationally, I became CFO of a fintech start-up, and subsequently a challenger bank. Moving from large to smaller organisations, confirmed my view that having the right strategy is important, however, the ability to execute on the strategy will determine the level of success for the organisation.

I joined Leaders on Demand as I enjoy the opportunity for new challenges and identify closely with the Leaders on Demand team’s passion for helping leaders make a difference.

An experienced leader with a strong track record of delivery at a strategic and operational level, I bring over 30 years’ experience in finance, investor relations, operations, M&A, capital management, turnaround, risk and governance.  

I am available for interim/fractional or project/advisory deployments and can support CEOs and Boards with the following:

  • Financial Acumen I have worked my way up to CFO through finance, so possess the full suite of financial competencies. For example, I was Group Financial Controller of a large insurer and managed the annual budget cycle for a large bank.
  • Transformation – I am an executive that has developed new ways of working and implements tools and methodologies to make an organisation more efficient.
  • Capital Management I am skilled in managing and raising capital and debt funding, particularly in a regulated environment.
  • M&A I have demonstrated the ability to drive due diligence, transactions and integration of large-scale acquisitions and divestments.
