With an impressive track record driving collaboration and cohesion to achieve outcomes both at the top and bottom line, Mark is a resourceful executive who is equally comfortable driving strategy or rolling up the sleeves for execution. People centric, he has a passion for spending time with staff and customers to understand what makes them tick in order to understand the market environment and then be able to build and mentor great teams to help deliver the strategy.
Annette has a wide-ranging 25 year background in corporate leadership and advisory level positions in infrastructure, media, construction, engineering and government organisations throughout the Asia Pacific region. She is a specialist transformation and turnaround expert with a background in stakeholder management, people and culture and business execution. She has a well-honed commercial instinct built over many years leading individuals and teams through difficult reorganisations where the necessity for financial and cultural outcomes went hand in hand with success. Annette is a hands-on operator who loves the challenge of seeking the unique solutions for each organisation she supports and who most importantly, wants to leave behind respect and confidence in those left to carry on in the reset organisation.

Damian is an energetic leader with domestic and international experience as a CEO, COO, CFO in publicly listed and privately owned businesses. Damian is known for his ability to bring clarity, align stakeholders, and deliver in a pragmatic manner. Originally qualifying and working as an accountant, Damian moved into banking spending 21 years with ANZ of which ten years were in Asia. When he returned to Australia, Damian undertook leadership roles in ASX listed workforce management companies. During this period, Damian successfully led and transformed the core business and technology of these entities including delivery of lynchpin enterprise projects. In 2015 Damian moved into the CFO/CIO role with a private contract services business operating in the Telecommunications and Insurance sectors.
Ed is an experienced management consultant with over two decades’ experience working with financial services, private equity, and corporate clients in leading and delivering complex projects in both M&A and standalone business environments. He is experienced in designing and managing complex merger integration or separation programs as well as cost reduction projects in growth, stable and turnaround situations. His early career was in supply chain consulting working with a diverse and prestigious client base. Ed brings strong commercial, financial and operational skills with the pragmatism and flexibility to deliver quality objectives in complex and uncertain project environments. He is a confident and articulate communicator with the working style and capability to cultivate stakeholder relationships from board level down.
A former Managing Director at both Alvarez & Marsal and AlixPartners, Stewart has led some of the world’s most complex and demanding turnarounds and transformations as a CEO, COO and CFO. Prior to this, he was IBM’s Chief Financial Officer in Asia Pacific. He had full responsibility for the financial performance of Business Partner operations in the region across 15 countries. Calm under pressure, Stewart is renowned for maintaining objective focus on the practical response to the dynamics of competing priorities. His contribution is frequently sought by boards and executive teams facing complex situations that demand high-stakes decisions and flawless execution. Stewart commenced his career at Price Waterhouse where he trained as a Chartered Accountant and worked in corporate finance and restructuring in Australia and Singapore.
With a diverse career spanning 18 years in the British Commandos and 20 years appointed to COO and CHRO roles, it’s no surprise that Scott has meticulous operating principles and values. Stemming from his distinctive background, Scott is known for applying verified methodologies and proven frameworks and translating these to help organisations overcome complex challenges with a positive, lasting effect. Scott is nothing short of a chameleon.
