Steve is an executive leader and coach who partners with leaders through disruption, transition, and change. He supports leaders to navigate complexity with purpose and builds corporate leadership capability and systems to enable organisations to proactively navigate disruptive events and environments. Steve has worked in leadership and change roles for over 30 years, in more than 40 countries, managing large-scale programmes in complex contexts. His strength lies in applying a systemic approach to organisational development, crisis management, remote management of multiple geographic sites, adaptive leadership, facilitation of teams and building resilience.
Judith's experience across industries, geographies and cultures is at the foundation of her ability to work with CEOs and executives, helping them navigate a path to desired outcomes. Curiosity and a commitment to learning are what inspired her move from Washington, DC to India and later to Hong Kong, where she leveraged her skills and adaptability to work with market and regional CEOs streamlining talent and operations in her roles as CMO and MD. She believes that talent and culture go hand-in-hand, and that the best leaders create an environment where new ideas are encouraged, and where goals and desired outcomes are clearly communicated. Judith is experienced in navigating the challenges of strategic integration across diverse markets and talent pools, having managed teams and led initiatives across eight countries in Asia-Pacific. Tony has over 30 years of experience shaping the industrial relations landscape in Australia having different vantage points as the former Union General Secretary, the Commissioner of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission and the head of Industrial Relations for the Toll Group. With deep experience in the transportation and mining sector he has had significant involvement in Airlines, Airports, Mining, Ports and Harbour Services, Shipping and Freighting businesses. Tony focuses on providing strategic HR and IR advice to organisations relating to matters such as enterprise bargaining, recruitment, performance management and remuneration and benefits. A trusted advisor and sought-after counsel for complex and complicated situations, he is known for driving performance through flexibility, personal development, engagement, and thoughtful management.
Niamh is a performance coach and leader who brings out the best in every individual and team she works with. Her strategy is to always prove that the winning differentiator for a business is to have the highest performing and the most collaborative and engaged leaders and teams, and consequently a laser sharp focus on achieving their targeted outcomes. With 20 years experience as a project and transformation leader and accredited leadership coach and facilitator, Niamh brings experience, skills, intelligence, wisdom, and great passion and energy to everything she assists her clients to achieve. She delivers value to her clients by combining coaching, with leadership training in areas such as influence, engagement and communications, and health and wellbeing assessments and advice to enable leaders and teams be 'match fit'
Recognised for her collaborative and practical style, Ida supports leaders and teams take a multi-stakeholder approach to navigate change and lead with courage, purpose, and connection for high performance. As an experienced leadership coach and advisor, Ida brings her international corporate expertise and evidence-based coaching to help leaders understand their impact and co-create a roadmap for sustainable transformation. Ida is passionate about helping organisations unlock their potential and seeks out opportunities to develop, coach and leverage talent. She has a breadth of experience developing leaders at multinational corporations across financial services, oil & gas, and chemicals. She has designed and delivered on leadership and talent agendas to support business vision and built skills and mindsets to effectively navigate change.
Steph reimagines learning. She uses the best bits of facilitation, modern learning approaches, coaching, visual design, human centred design, and a healthy dose of creativity to help organisations bring their learning experience into the present (and future). She works with leaders to design and deliver learning approaches that marry the organisation’s employee value proposition with the high expectations from team members to improve retention, attraction, and development of people. Alongside this, she also works with teams to help them have the conversations they need, reset their ways of working, and/or overcome challenges when working together, through facilitated workshops and conversations. Steph is a life-long learner who practises what she preaches by learning out-loud with a range of hobbies and is the host of the podcast Steph’s Business Bookshelf, where she shares the three big ideas about the best non fiction books she reads.
Julia's career has been spent supporting leadership teams and their boards through restructurings, turnarounds, and transformations. She acts as senior advisor to mentor and challenge thinking, offering insights and perspective that leverage her experience as an advisor, organisational coach, business owner, and interim executive. A passion for creating braver leaders and courageous cultures, Julia’s strength is in building trust and leading the tough conversations so leaders and teams flourish and reach their full potential. She’s an IECL organisational coach and a Certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator sharing Brené Brown's transformational courage-building work. Julia commenced her professional career training as a chartered accountant. She spent two decades working globally providing practical advice, hands-on execution support and taking interim executive roles for high profile clients of professional services firms.
