Ida is passionate about helping organisations unlock their potential and seeks out opportunities to develop, coach and leverage talent. She has a breadth of experience developing leaders at multinational corporations across financial services, oil & gas and chemicals. She has designed and delivered on leadership and talent agendas to support business vision and built skills and mindsets to effectively navigate change.
Career History
With a 20 year career in learning, talent, leadership development and coaching, Ida has always been fascinated by how organisations and leaders engage with their greatest asset - their people, in times of change and complexity. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Ida considers herself a global citizen having lived in 6 different countries in Europe and Asia.
Prior to moving to Australia, Ida was Head of the Regional Learning Campus, BASF Asia Pacific focusing on developing leadership capability across the region to support the corporate vision. This included embedding a corporate leadership development approach, building deep coaching expertise for leaders to grow their teams and talent, and delivering bespoke in-house leadership consultancy services.
She has run her own leadership coaching business since 2019 and supports leaders globally.
