He has extensive experience as both an Executive with bottom line accountability having held senior leadership roles with BP, and been a founder of his own start up focussed on behavioural technology. He’s spent over a decade as a trusted advisor to CEOs of high growth, large private companies, multi-nationals, government departments and ASX companies where he brings a people and performance mindset to any activity.
