Paola has provided hands-on leadership support to under-performing businesses for almost two decades. She guides teams through unfamiliar situations, helps them develop achievable and effective plans and embraces leadership responsibility when executive roles need to be filled.
Paola’s professional growth while leading challenging transformation programs rests on solid foundations of personal resilience, humility and creativity in problem solving. She has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has augmented her deep emotional intelligence by studying and applying Enneagram and Coaching techniques. Paola’s passion for turning around organizations was first inspired as she completed her thesis for her bachelor’s degree at Bocconi University. Her thirst for knowledge and determination to make a difference was fueled by working with the most respected turnaround experts at Brugger & Associati and then at AlixPartners. Her development as an expert in her own right was recognized at each career milestone as she advanced to become a Turnaround Director.
Paola has taken numerous interim executive management roles and honed her decision-making skills while driving transformations for domestic and international companies. She's a skilled CFO with experience across a wide spectrum of industries and a valued non-executive director of Boards with packed agendas.
In addition to leading challenging transformation programs, she remains a dedicated adjunct faculty member at Bocconi University, specialising in Corporate Finance.
