I take a systemic approach to uncertainty. To listen carefully to what is happening to create joint visibility of the challenge or opportunity. Then using the values of the organisation, determine what is worth pursuing. The final lens is one of viability, to determine what is possible. This creates the initial plan to iterate and learn from.
